Development Program
Our Urban Farm Youth Leadership Development Program equips young minds with the skills and passion to create a sustainable future in our cities. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, participants cultivate nutritious food while honoring harmony, respect for nature, and intergenerational knowledge sharing.
Participants gain expertise in cultivating nutritious food, harnessing sustainable farming technologies, and designing urban landscapes that support biodiversity. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, they also develop crucial leadership and teamwork skills while building a deep respect for the harmony of nature.
Guided by ancestral wisdom, they create vibrant gardens and innovative farming systems, revitalizing their communities. Our program fosters pride, cultural preservation, and a deeper connection to Native American heritage. These young leaders become agents of change, promoting access to fresh produce, community well-being, and sustainable urban environments.
Please note: This is a youth program offered to youth under the age of 25.
